Sit out on the spacious deck overlooking the water and enjoy use of the gas BBQ grill. With your own private dock bring your kayaks/paddle boards or moor your boat and have easy access to the bay Walking distance to a neighborhood restaurant as well as a bus stop that goes to Atlantic City (30 min away). Tuckerton Seaport and Downtown are 1 mile away.

The Lighthouse Studio LBI area

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

*There is a 4-night minimum rental requirement from the end of June to Labor Day* Enjoy all that this charming house has to offer with the lagoon right in your backyard. Lay out on the hammock, chill by the firepit or BBQ on the deck. Have fun on the water with the paddleboards / kayaks or take a bike ride out into the nature preserve. You can also bring your own boat or jet ski right up to the private floating dock. The dock is also a great spot for fishing and crabbing.

Our home is newly renovated and has brand-new, high-end furnishings, mattresses, and gaming (Pool, Foosball table, ping-pong table). The house is wifi enabled. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Pet are permitted, however, we only allow small to medium size dogs up to 35 lbs.
