This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. The guest house is a fully self contained ground floor area of our 2 storey home and features independent access. We reside upstairs to be available for our guests needs and for any minor maintenance issues that may inadvertently arise during your stay. The guest house has an outside pool and your own spa bath to relax in after 18 holes of Golf. The nearby Lakes Beach is only 5 minutes drive or 25 minute leisurely walk through the Golf Course on a dedicated pathway.
