N of Los Angeles. The Tulare Ag center is in town and it is 49 miles to the Sequoia National park entrance plus the central California coast is 2 hours away. The house has central AC and an Instant water heater for the house so you can have back-to-back hot showers! It's super clean and a great location

Also two chairs and table just outside to enjoy the garden. We live in a & safe up scale established neighborhood. Watch humming birds, enjoy large garden and covered patio, enjoy use of our pool Many stores and dining close by.
