Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. Self Contained Garden Studio with stunning views

The Garden Studio has spectacular views over the Kent countryside from the property's floor to ceiling windows. The self contained compact studio has private access and includes lounge chairs, coffee table and a double bed. We have a dining table/ two stools overlooking the terrace. There is a fridge, a microwave, a two ring electric hob together with a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a toaster in the kitchen area. Iron/Board/Desk/Chair are on request prior to stay. Compact shower/wc.

Wheelsgate on Wheels near Rye

Wheelsgate on Wheels is a unique cabin which has been built atop a flatbed farm trailer. A rural modern one-bedroom apartment which boasts large windows, up-cycled materials such as the farm's own potato boxes, used scaffold board flooring and a decking area featuring a bath with a view, a recent necessary addition! The space highlights the beautiful surrounding Romney Marsh countryside with its big sky views calling guests to unwind, slow down and experience a cabin lifestyle like no other.

Lovely garden cabin, quiet location with view of the park, perfect for a morning or evening walk. Guests have their own private garden, table & chairs & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. The cabin is self checkin accessed at the side of our house, please be aware there are some steps into the garden.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!

Woodland Shepherds Hut situated at Coes Farm an Organic Vineyard and Orchard making Natural wines and cider, 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre organic vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Enjoy the large, enclosed, private garden from the sunny south facing terrace.
