A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

The Stables @ Longsight

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Rosehill Ridge

Located on a granite ridge with ocean views to the east and mountains to the west. This self contained wing of the main house has everything you need to sit back and relax. Just a few minutes into town or to the beach or just chill on the wrap around veranda. The property is a small hobby farm with chickens , goats, alpaca an orchard and veggie gardens which you are welcome to explore
