E' comodo per chi intende arrivare sull'isola senza auto: il porto ed alcune spiaggie sono a pochi minuti a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze, ci sono bar, ristoranti e negozi di tutti i generi. A meno di 30 metri c'è la fermata dei bus per raggiungere gratuitamente le spiagge "bianche" di Portoferraio (Ghiaie, Capobianco e Padulella) o la Biodola e Bagnaia. L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale
