Your family will be close to many of the unique amenities that East Texas has to offer. This home is: 10 minutes from TYLER ROSE HORSE PARK, 3 miles from Miranda Lambert's PINK PISTOL, 35 minutes from FIRST MONDAY TRADES DAY in Canton, 30 minutes to the nightlife in downtown Tyler. This home can accommodate eight guests and features a fenced yard for your furry friends. We welcome dogs (pet fee required) but they are not allowed on furniture or in beds to ensure a clean environment for all.

It's also just a short drive to the quaint town of Mineola, the Texas Rose Horse Park and Canton First Mondays.

Built in 1946, we lovingly restored it in 2021 and in 2026, with a new 2-spa-bath remodel showcasing smart bidet toilets and genuine Dutch Delft Blue tiles and hand-painted tile artwork. Our cottage lets in light that is filtered through the shade of two 80-year-old live oak trees in the front. Our kitchen is very well-stocked. By appointment, you can take a stroll through my Holly Cottage Gardens, an English garden registered in the Archives of American Gardens at the Smithsonian Institution.
