Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

It is located between Dartmoor and Exmoor and a 30 minute drive to the beautiful Devon beaches of Saunton Sands, Westward Ho!, Woolacombe and Croyde Bay. There are miles of Tarka Trail to walk and cycle along.

It is well situated to explore North Devon with its amazing beaches, beautiful countryside and quaint villages. It is less than a 5 minute stroll from the 16th century Rising Sun inn. It is also within easy walking distance of the rail station , a request stop on the Barnstaple - Exeter line. Secure bike storage available

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Hide - cosy rural cottage

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. Come and stay in our cosy off-grid Shepherd's Hut. It's in a peaceful, rural location, next to our woodland and orchard, with fantastic views over the river valley and beyond. We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view! The Barn at Lower Birch Farmhouse is situated in a tranquil valley in North Devon. Nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde.
