Welcome to our treehouse inspired, modern cabin overlooking The Kenfield Brook on Terrill Gorge. We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

Sitting on our 200 acre estate this authentic barn offers our guests a chance to relax in the beautiful rolling hills of Vermont. Access the vast majority of our historic Stowe area land -- from our apple orchards to our extensive walking paths in fields and woodland. Ten Springs Farm at the foot of Mt. Mansfield

Ten Springs Farm offers easy access to some of Vermont's finest ski areas (Stowe and Jay Peak each 1 hour away, Smugglers Notch and Bolton Valley each 1/2 hour away) and hiking, biking, sledding and groomed cross-country skiing. Located at the base of Mt Mansfield it is a newly renovated 1840's Vermont farmhouse. Surrounded by open fields and beautiful mountain views, it is close to many recreational, cultural and culinary activities. Burlington and Lake Champlain are less than an hour away.

Many things to do nearby all seasons. Minutes from hiking "The Notch" and the Long Trail. 15-20 minutes to dining in Stowe in the summer and fall seasons. In the winter months you will need to take a 50 min detour around the mountain to Stowe. Enjoy cooking in a warm, well appointed kitchen.

The Book Barn: Newly Renovated Guesthouse

Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in this bright, airy space minutes away from Burlington and the mountains. On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Spectacular sunsets and hot air balloons are familiar sights. It doesn’t get much more Vermonty. *Note: No Cleaning Fee!

The Roost - Recharge & Relax

This cabin up on stilts and bordering one of Vermont's beautiful state parks. Views of the walkable Waterbury reservoir can be seen from its perch in the trees. This private cozy loft is immersed in 20 acres of beautiful nature tucked away in the mountains and aside the Brewster River. Enjoy the river's soothing sounds as you cook, sleep, and unwind from a day of outdoor activities. Only a 3 min. drive to all of the activities at Smuggler's Notch Resort, restaurants, bars, and hiking, as well as the magical Golden Dog Farm "Golden Retriever Experience".
