Tranquil modern cabin in a serene setting , very private , backing up to 20 acres of mature woods with gorgeous rolling terrain on beautiful winding community hall road , within half a mile of great restaurants , breweries and upscale coffee shops . It’s in biking distance to beautiful townline beach . This house sleeps 16 people comfortably . It’s fully stocked with everything you need. There are four bikes , beautiful firepit with firewood . Everything in the house is carefully curated .

The fully stocked kitchen is a chefs delight complete w/ a large dining room table.

Dear friends, Welcome to Beach Bird Cottage, situated on a quiet street with other vintage cottages in the heart of Union Pier. It is an easy 5-minute walk to an association beach. The cottage has many updates, including a new kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, outdoor shower and a wood stove. The master and second bedroom each have queen-size beds and the children's bedroom has two twin beds. Enjoy an early swim before breakfast or have an evening beach picnic under the sunset.
