This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Welcome to our favorite retreat at the far end of the Lofoten Islands. We are two brothers with deep family roots in Sørvågen, and we are proud to share this special place with you. Our traditional fisherman’s cabin has been transformed into a spacious and inviting hideaway. Perched partly above the sea, it offers an unforgettable setting where the ocean meets the mountains. You’ll be surrounded by dramatic green peaks, the open water, and the raw, unspoiled beauty of Norwegian nature.

Moderne rorbu, ny 2018, til leie på Ballstad. Utsikt til store deler av den kjente Lofotveggen. Fjellene med turstier rett utenfor døren. Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Leiligheten ligger på Ørsnes, ca 9 km. fra byen Svolvær. Andre steder i nærheten: Kabelvåg 5 km. Henningsvær 15 km Harstad/Narvik lufthavn Evenes 174 km Å i Lofoten 120 km.

Det er et lite privat uteområde ved inngangen. Steder i nærheten Svolvær 9 km. Henningsvær 16 km. Kabelvåg 5 km.

Kos deg sammen med din kjære eller gode venner på dette hyggelige stedet mellom Svolvær og Kabelvåg. Fantastiske turmuligheter rett utenfor døren, en tur i marken til fots eller kjøre ski i våre mektige fjell eller bare nyte utsikten utover havet, mulighetene er der. Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. Ha base her og kjøre rundt og nyt alt det flotte Lofoten har å by på av natur og matopplevelser.

The house is situated at the foothill of the mountains, close to a lake, and right next to the trailheads to Munkebu, Tindstinden and Hermannsdalstinden. The apartment has a comfy bed and a big sofa that you'll enjoy on the long evenings, while reading a book, playing a game or watching a movie on a dvd. Wifi included.
