This lovely 2 bedroom suite is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach in the quiet neighbourhood of Fairview. A short bike ride in to town through beautiful lakeside park. A flat journey along the water which is rare for Nelson! Mountain biking trails are just a short ride away and the world class Wh2O ski resort is a short 20min drive away Two young boys live upstairs so please expect some noise and footsteps. Stroll 10 min to downtown Nelson where you can find unique, authentic shops to browse. We are located in Uphill so the walk back up to the house is quite steep and can take up to 20/30 minutes. Rail Trail is located a short walk up Houston st. where you can walk your dog, go cross country skiing and enjoy Nelson’s incredible views. There is ample parking in the driveway.
