Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Wifi is slow. Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, sköna boende centralt till det mesta. Sitt gärna utomhus i grönskan. Grilla gärna en bit! Grill och kol ingår! Nära till buss till Stockholm City ( 10 km) och Täby Centrum (2 km) (shopping och restauranger). Nära till bad. Nära till livsmedelsbutik. Det finns även en barnresesäng och en barnstol för de allra minsta gästerna. Lägenheten har en köksdel och ett badrum med toa och dusch. Det finns egen kyl, frys, spis, ugn, mikro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, TV och WIFI. I badrummet finns tillgång till schampo, duschtvål samt handdukar och badlakan. Parkering ingår.

Privat och ostört läge i centrala Vaxholm. Tillgång till privat del av trädgård. Renoverad med alla bekvämligheter i lantlig stil. Liten altan med tak som kan nyttjas oavsett väder. Ljus och rymlig planlösning. 70 kvm, 2 separata sovrum med 2 bäddar i varje. En dubbelsäng i ena sovrummet och en våningssäng i det andra sovrummet (finns även 1 extrasäng). Sjöutsikt från alla fönster. Parkeringsplats precis vid huset som ingår i hyran. Boendet passar för familjer eller par.

We offer you to stay with us in a unique place close to Stockholm at the gate of the archipelago. We, as a family with two love small dogs, live next door, although you will have your very privacy with wildlife outside the door. Animal free inside though, unless the dogs sneak in. The dogs are as happy to greet you as we are to help out to make your stay a great experience. Please reach out if you have any questions. Most welcome.

Ni bor i ”Kråkboet”, en ombyggd lada, avsides, på vår tomt. En lägenhet ca 70 kvm inrymd i en lada, med 6 sovplatser, fördelat på 4 våningssängar och en delbar dubbelsäng, kök, badrum med toa och dusch. Vi har försett ”Kråkboet” med en Google Home enhet. Vill ni inte använda den så dra bara ur sladden. :) Det är dock ett ovärderligt hjälpmedel för tex synskadade.
