In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Gratis parkeer mogelijkheid in de onmiddellijke omgeving van het appartement. Vanuit het station van Aalter is de verplaatsing per trein naar Gent én Brugge slechts 15 min. Er is ook per trein rechtstreekse verbinding met de luchthaven Brussels AirPort.

All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Tot rust komen in de natuur tss Gent en Brugge!

De hele dag genieten vanuit je huisje en op terras van de natuur en de rustige omgeving. Onze zenschuur is gelegen dicht bij het kanaal tussen Gent en Brugge. Prachtig om van hieruit te fietsen langs het kanaal naar Gent of naar Brugge. En verder met de fiets naar de kust is ook mogelijk. Met de auto sta je op 20 minuutjes in Brugge, op een half uur aan de kust en op een half uur in Gent. Slechts op 1u van Brussel en Antwerpen. Van hieruit kun je ook prachtige wandelingen maken in de natuur.

In het 180hectare Ryckeveldebos zijn natuurwandelingen, fietspaden, heemtuin en een omheinde hondenweide met zwemvijver. De voormalige spoorwegbedding doet nu dienst als fiets-en wandelpad tot in Brugge.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
