Having just undergone a complete remodel involving everything in the house it is ready to host you in comfort, in style, and in privacy. An up to date kitchen is perfect for those that want to entertain in a location with views to die for. Divers will find East Wind a perfect seaside location.

One bedroom and one bath studio

One bedroom with a queen size bed, one bath, kitchen, living area and a small open porch to enjoy the view of the patio. Weekly cleaning service is provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. Can be paid at check in (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($120).

We provide the necessary amount of power to ensure you are comfortable (10KW per 24hr) however, should you exceed this we will charge the going rate per each KW used after that.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
