Rumah yang diklasifikasikan sebagai permata warisan pada asalnya dibina pada tahun1930-an, namun baru diubahsuai beberapa tahun yang lalu. Rumah ini terletak di Pelabuhan Barat Laut Vaal de Grace, satu-satunya rumah di sebelah Estet Golf ini. Yang sudah tentu bermakna banyak privasi dan lebih daripada cukup tempat letak kereta. Rumah ini boleh memuatkan 10 orang dewasa dengan selesa, katil/katil tambahan boleh diatur untuk kanak-kanak di bawah umur 12 tahun.
