Cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, blackout curtains for peaceful nights. Living room features a convertible sofa, a table, 2 chairs, television, and high-speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen, utensils, large fridge, coffee machine, 2 cooking hobs, and oven. Modern bathroom, clean towels washing machine. Proximity to the lake allows easy access for a relaxing stroll. Nearby shops like Coop and Maxima, lively restaurants for daily needs. Free street parking and one rear space.

Elutoas on lahtikäiv diivan, mida saab samuti kasutada magamiseks. Parkimine on tasuta, parkimiskohad on kohe maja ees. Korterisse ei ole oodatud suitsetajad ja lemmikloomad. Lähedal asuvad kohad: 250m raadiuses on spordihall ja Kagukeskus, bussijaama on 900m, keskväljakule 1.3 km ja randa 1.7 km.

Cosy apartment in a wooden building situated next to the historical Toomemägi park. Scenic walk through the park will take you to the town hall square in 10 minutes. A romantic cafe Mandel just at the end of my street has perfect coffee and cakes for breakfast. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away, train station 12 minutes, bus station 25 minutes. A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

Cosy cabin on a wild meadow

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Ärgates võid avada kardinad ja imetleda lummavaid vaateid Tamula järvele ning rahulikule pargile, kus hommikuti tervitavad sind linnulaul ja puude sahin. Elutoa suurest aknast avaneb elav pilt järvest ja loodusest, mis vaheldub iga päev, iga hetk.

A retreat cabin, which is perfect for finding your inner calm and joy (ideal place for meditation, prayer, contemplation...) and connecting with the nature :) [[NB! To maintain the harmonious atmosphere, excess use of alcohol is forbidden in our property, also this is not a place for loud music and parties!]]

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.

Romantic old town apartment-Tamula Studio

Our studio apartment welcomes you next to Tamula beach. The apartment has a nice view on the lake and park. Groceries, town centrum, central square - everything is at hand! Tamula beach - just take a 100m walk through green Kreutzwald's park.
