Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Ad un km da Valbruna si trovano gli accessi alla ciclovia AlpeAdria.

Passionately renovated Bright apartment (80m2) is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.
