It is so quiet, and the beds so comfortable, that a restful night's sleep is almost a guarantee. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing opportunities abound with water access close-by. Very kid-friendly.

We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! Our property consists of 2 acres surrounded by seasonal apple orchards, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry fields, corn fields, pumpkins and more! Petting zoo, playground and country store open to the public very close and other attractions within driving distance. Plenty of room for boats. Lake Champlain 4 miles away. Whiteface Mountain within 32 miles. Lake Placid just a little further away.
