The house is completely private, nothing to share with anyone else, it's all yours. Pisa, Lucca Florence and Siena are within driving distance, as well as the sea and Cinque Terre. The house is in the Apuan Alps for great hiking, a perfect combination between nature and culture. The house has 1 bathroom and stairs are on the outside of the house, see the pictures.

La villa Colle di San Gemignano è situata da sola su una collina, circondata da un ampio oliveto con piscina e solarium in legno, in sintonia con la natura.

First floor two double bedrooms sharing one full bathroom. Second floor huge bedroom with one double bed and one single bed with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separated shower. This is a great home away from home for relaxing whilst discovering the delights that Tuscany has to offer.
