Not only are you a mile or 2 down the road from restaurants and local attractions, but just 15 minutes to Boone, Banner Elk, & Blowing Rock. Homey and relaxing, but close to the fun. Cozy mountain house in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Boone and ASU. Enjoy the beautiful western sunsets of the mountains while relaxing in the porch swing. Home has fully equipped kitchen. Living room has cable tv, WiFi and fireplace. Property has wonderful shade trees to kick back under and enjoy the surrounding farm land and cattle.
