Surrounded by beautiful nature and a lovely beach you can enjoy year-round—whether it’s swimming and sunbathing in summer or skiing in nearby trails during winter. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the old town, with shops, cafés, and all essentials just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find the perfect balance of natural beauty and everyday convenience.

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.
