The property is situated in a quiet residential area, but within only 5 minutes walk (600 meters) one can be at the beach (Varkiza Resort) or shops for the necessary supplies. You can choose between spending a night out at a bar or restaurant by the sea or a quiet evening under the mulberry trees.

The apartment is less than 300 mt from the award-winning beach and 5 min from the lake. Restaurants, supermarket water sports, tennis club, open air cinema at walking distance. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Our space is a walk out lower living space under our primary residence. There is plenty of light and a beautiful yard and patio outside. We are located 5 minutes from the Athens airport. We offer transportation to and from the airport for a small fee as well as transportation to the metro which is also 5 minutes from our home. I am a chef at heart so we also offer breakfast, if desired, as well as Greek cooking classes for an extra cost.
