You’ll be staying in the upper apartment, which features three comfy bedrooms, a sunny veranda, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the enclosed garden is a true gem—perfect for chilling out. The atmosphere here is peaceful and quiet, with views so gorgeous, you might never want to leave!

Notre chalet, niché entre lac et Préalpes, est l’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer en famille, en couple ou entre amis. 🌸 Installez-vous dans le jardin pour bouquiner, profiter du soleil et laissez-vous bercer par les sons de la nature. 🌊 Le lac à vos pieds: plongez dans l’eau ou partez à l’aventure en kayak ou en paddle. 🥾 Balades dans la région: sentiers tranquilles ou plus sportives, chacun trouvera son bonheur. À quelques minutes de Bulle et de Gruyère, découvrez la région.

Chalet cosy au bord du lac

Vous adorerez cette escapade unique et romantique devant la plateforme de pumping. Canards et cygnes nagent devant vous. En tout temps, vous observez castor et héron depuis le grand balcon ou la baie vitrée. Planches à voile, bâteaux, paddle et pumping foil voguent devant vous. Vous êtes à proximité d'un pêcheur professionnel, 2 restaurants, un magasin d'alimentation, des pistes de pétanque, des terrains de volley, une plage de sable, un port, un débarcadère de bateau public.

Appartement cosy à la campagne

Vous logerez dans un appartement où vous pourrez profiter d'une pièce spacieuse comprenant une table à manger et un salon cosy. La cuisine, toute équipée, est ouverte sur ce bel espace de vie. Vous dormirez dans le canapé lit convertible (Teddy Sofa, de la marque Ohmu) du grand salon. Profitez des forêts et chemins environnants pour des balades à pied ou à vélo, tout en restant proche du Lac Léman pour des journées au bord de l’eau. Je peux vous prêter un kayak 2 places.

Gemütliche Dachwohnung mitten im Seeland. Schön ruhige Lage in der Nähe diverser Ausflugsziele und möglicher Aktivitäten wie Wassersport, Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren. Auch für Familienausflüge bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel das Papilliorama, Bernaqua oder BeoFunpark.
