Welcome to Club Cueillette, our paradise in the Massif Central. A former wine farm surrounded by one hectare of food forest. Simply and soberly furnished. Going back to basics is the new luxury! Mountains, rivers, rough nature, picturesque villages, castles and beautiful cities such as Vichy, Moulins and Clermont-Ferrand nearby. Bellenaves at 1.5 mile with all basic facilities and a train station. Building huts, canoeing, walking, cycling, swimming in the Gorges de la Sioule. It's all possible.

Cet appartement "Le Puy-de-DÔME, situé en RDC, offre 61 m² de confort moderne. Il est composé d'une cuisine toute équipée : lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson induction, four, micro-ondes, Senséo, cafetière filtre, bouilloire, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles nécessaires. La cuisine est ouverte sur un séjour lumineux avec TV et une grande baie vitrée donnant sur une terrasse privative de 15 m² avec un accès direct au jardin. Nous disposons aussi d'un 2ème logement au 1er étage.

Il comprend une pièce principale faisant office de salon équipé d'un canapé lit (lit de 140) et d'une deuxième chambre (lit de 160), d'une salle de bain en travertin équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un WC. Un escalier en colimaçon vous amènera dans la grande chambre aux pierres apparentes . Les petits déjeuners pourront être pris en terrasse.

"La Retirance" (l’habitation en dialecte bourbonnais) est une demeure campagnarde rénovée située dans le Bourbonnais, offrant paix et tranquillité avec un vaste terrain de 2000 m², idéale pour des moments de détente. Le terrain est bordé de haies végétales, ce qui délimite bien l’espace, mais une surveillance est conseillée si vous venez avec un chien. Facilement accessible grâce à sa proximité avec l'autoroute A71. Elle est composée de 3 chambres accessibles seulement par des escaliers.

Idéale pour un couple seul avec un enfant ou un autre adulte .cet appartement est entièrement équipé. La cour des dames sera accessible si vous voulez profiter des extérieurs.

A perfect escape with family or friends in the bucolic countryside of Auvergne, between the Foret des Colettes and the Sioule gorges. La Chassagne is the perfect escape to relax and gaze upon the french countryside of rolling hills of quilted sunflower and rapeseed, orchards and chateaux, and sip wine in the shade of an ancient oak. With six acres there is plenty of room for everyone. The barn cottage has two bedrooms with dining, living, and outdoor lounging/dining areas. Our home is nearby on the property and we will be happy to assist with anything you may need.
