Our house is 500 years old and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, the beautiful river Kolpa and is close to the Adriatic sea. Here you can experience the pure energy of nature, flower gardens and visit the castle Kostel. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

The apartment is located in a little village Grintovec, with only six houses in it, so it is very peaceful, calm and surrounded with pristine nature. The villa is located in the village of Gladloka by the Kolpa River with its own beach, in the municipality of Kostel. It offers a beautiful view of the Kolpa River canyon, which allows for various sports that will make your vacation in this part of Slovenia even more enjoyable. We have equipped Villa Fani to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home. Pets are welcome with an additional charge of €5.00 per night, which is to be paid directly to us.

It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
