The accommodation which will host is located in the historic area of Marghera, one of the few examples of a city-garden in Italy. Designed in the '20s , this part of town has retained a harmonious relationship between buildings and green spaces. Via Castelli is a road marked by centuries-old ash limited to the edges of flower beds well-tended green . It is a very quiet area where you can stay without the worry of any particular type of noise. The B&B is located a few kilometers from the highway and is easily accessible with little guidance . You can park your car In front of the gate of the B&B without any worries . You can forget it for the whole period of your stay , because you will reach the historic center of Venice using the convenient public transportation available, which will transport you in a few minutes to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The room , is very welcoming and you will have a spacious private bathroom in front of the room, only shower is shared with us, family . An Italian breakfast is prepared in the room , just to allow the greatest degree of freedom and privacy . If you decide to eat around the B&B we can recommend the Pizzeria "Al Giardinetto ", where you can enjoy a good pizza and great pasta dishes. If you want to be late " Al Vapore " historic jazzclub the mainland, you can listen to good music . You also can enjoy to eat at the osteria " diplomatico" venetian fish specialities. Venice in its extreme beauty, is not the only attraction that will entertain you during your stay . Worth a visit other places, other attractions that can be reached easily from the place of your stay. Not everyone knows that Venice is a beach very important, both for its natural charm and a little ' retro , is known for its film festival , which draws in the period of early September , many stars of international cinema . There is then , in the mainland, the Riviera del Brenta , a true representation exists, the fertile period Palladian . Along the road that connects Venice to Padua , you can see some sublime examples of Palladio's art. The Riviera can be travelled by car or by boat. for bike lovers throughout the area there is a bike path . About twenty minutes from Marghera there are two beautiful cities . Bellissima camera da letto, con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Si trova al II' piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.

Master bedroom in luxurious waterfront villa B&B

Ca' Malcanton is a Venetian palazzetto located on a canal. It is homely, tastefully furnished with artworks and antiques including modern facilities such as AC. The palazzetto is also lived in by the owner who is happy to share the common parts of the house with guests. Kitchen facilites are not included. A private double bedroom with ensuite bathroom for one or two guests. Self service breakfast is provided daily from 8.30am. Guests are welcome to use also a salon and courtyard garden.

Elegant Suite Doubleroom inside the main Villa of Roncade Castle. The room is equipped with with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
