Restaurant und Geschäfte befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Gästehauses. L'alloggio si trova al centro di Soprabolzano in una zona molto silenziosa ed è distante meno di 5 min a piedi dalla Funivia del Renon. La città di Bolzano si raggiunge in ca. 12 min. Nella circostanza della Casa si trovano ristoranti.

Modern styled double room next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival.
