Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away. Uber and Lyft run constantly in this area due to the close proximity of the airport. You won’t wait for more than a few minutes. Parking on premises for one standard size vehicle, otherwise street parking is available. DoorDash and Postmate apps can be downloaded on your phone for food delivery and grocery delivery options from all over surrounding areas Driveway is very narrow and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There are video cameras on the exterior of the building for added security The apartment is less than two miles from Fabulous Forum, the new Rams stadium, and beaches. Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away.

Enjoy being away from the city but still close in a beautiful modern studio with spectacular views of the Malibu ridge. We are extremely lucky that our canyon was saved from the January fires. This studio unit is attached to my house with a completely separate entrance and pathway giving you total privacy. 3 mn from Topanga hiking trails (biggest enclosed natural park in a city in the world) 10 mn from Topanga beach , 20 mn to Santa Monica and 20 minutes to Woodland Hills.

Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

Futon that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adults snuggly, (Please Let Me Know if you want the futon made into a bed it needs extra padding to sleep on) TV & internet. Hiking, Biking, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Ventura. Pets are welcome. Please note that this space shares a wall with the main house.
