It is located in a fine, nice area, just 10 blocks from Serrano Square, the heart of Palermo, famous for its designer shops, exclusive restaurants and nightlife. 2 blocks from the apartment we find the new commercial hub of fashion outlets in Aguirre Street. Public transport is another important asset: It is conveniently located between two stations on the Metro line B, ('Malabia' and 'Dorrego') from where we can reach the old Central Market 'Abasto' in just 5 minutes or the Obelisk, in downtown city in 15 minutes. Besides, the new MetroBus station 'Aguirre' is just one block away, connecting the area with the Palermo line D Metro station in just few minutes. Furthermore, the ‘Chacarita’ railway station is less than 5 blocks from the apartment. From there, the central railway station and bus 'Retiro' are just about 10 minutes away. In case you need to go to the airport, our trusted fleet of taxis will take you to 'Jorge Newbery' airport in about 15 minutes or to 'Ministro Pistarini' international airport in 40 minutes.
