Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

You will spend a pleasant stay in the heart of Nice in the Carre d'or district, close to the Promenade des Anglais, in my freshly renovated apartment with new double glazed soundproofed windows and freshly painted in November 2025. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 6 travelers. It has three double beds. Air conditioning, ironing set, hair dryer and washing machine are included. Sheets and towels will be provided. Center of the Carré d'or, 100m from the Blue Beach, next to the Négresco and the Masséna museum on the beautiful rue de France. A quiet sunny balcony over the greenery of the museum garden. Ideally located close to everything: beaches, museum, transport, restaurant, all shops nearby, bakery, supermarket, etc. Large mezzanine, double bed. Sofa bed (its use as a bed for 2 people entails a daily supplement of 10 €). You visit the whole city on foot, old town, museums.
