Centralt beliggende i Lyngby, med kort afstand til Lyngby Sø, DTU, Lyngby centrum og kun 5 min til toget, hvorfra det tager 15 min. til Købehavn. Fantastik udsigt fra altanen på 7. sal (elevator). Lejligheden indeholder stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng og massere af skabsplads, stue med god sovesofa til 2 voksne, dejligt køkken-alrum med nyt hvidt køkken, og ikke mindst dejlig altan med udsigt over de grønneområder omkring Lyngby og Bagsværd Sø. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Denne naturperle ligger nord for Helsinge i Kongernes Nordsjælland med udsigt til åbne marker og skov. Der er 200 m. til skoven hvor der er gode chancer for at gå på svampejagt eller bare gå en tur i den dejlige natur. Det er meget almindeligt at skovens dyr går lige udenfor vinduerne.
