The house was built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, a quiet place, close to the beach (5-10 minute walk), close to sporting facilities, shops, a courtyard in the greenery shadow, fireplace, house with private parking, all guests can use the shared terrace 40m2. There are 3 apartments in our house, each with separate entrance. Just a few steps from the sea and the beach, there is a ‘Porpini’ apartment. From the small terrace you can enjoy the wide view across the sea, while sunbathing, listening to the soothing sound of the waves or simply relax, in the shade, with the glass of a cool drink. This small and cosy studio apartment has everything you need for your vacation. Equipped kitchen, TV, air-condo. Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated old Dalmatian stone house, steps from the waterfront but hidden in a quiet courtyard. Few minutes walking distance from the ferry, just meters from the sea, our house offers the high quality and well organized space for up to 4 persons. Centrally located in the center of Vis, it is very close to great amenities like restaurants, waterfront, beach, bars and even the world's unique "Mvsevm" place. House is not suitable for kids and toddlers.

Dok se odmarate na terasi u pozadini se čuju cvrčci, pijetao, ptičice...Prekrasne plaže sa kristalno čistim morem se nalaze na samo 15 minuta vožnje automobilom. Najbliži restoran je 3 minute hodanja..

Our cozy apartment is located close to the center of Komiža old town. Free private parking is available right next to the house. It is in quiet neighborhood and has a separate entrance from the main road. It takes a short walk down to the waterfront. Waterfront is beautiful place where you can enjoy delicious food in restaurants, have a cold drink on a hot day or simply enjoy the view of a charming fisherman’s town. Honestly, Komiža is a small place.. all within a ten minute walk.

This historic stone villa is in the 2nd row from the waterfront. It is in the old town center close to everything, but in a quiet area. It was built in the 17th century. We carefully restored it in 2025 according to the requirements of the Ministry of Antiquity, and gave it a east-meet-west embience. It a charming house instead of a generic B&B, and a comfortable and spacious home for your relaxing holiday. Vis's beautiful harbour view is just a few steps from the villa.

2 bedroom old stone house ( 60 m2) perfectly located on the waterfront. Part of charming and historic neighborhood Kut best known for its restaurants and bars. This lovely 60 m2 apartment has 3 floors, 2 rooms, 2 bads (200x160), sofa , 1 bathroom with washing machine and kitchen with dishwasher. There are ceiling fan on the ground floor and air conditioner on the first floor and second floor. Please contact me few days before arrival to confirm your arrival time!

Apartman Knezovic

A mixture of vintage and modern comfort, the apartment (Holiday House) in the heart of Old Town, located next to the sea and away from the town beach 10 min walk. In 2018, on the second floor we arranged a small night-time toilet for greater comfort. For the summer of 2019, we offer our guests an air conditioner in all the rooms in the house. From 2021, we offer our guests private, free of charge on street parking for one car some 200m from house.
