Das neu erbaute Baskarad House liegt im Ort Valbandon, bei Pula, im herzen Istriens . Das Haus umgibt ein 5000 m² großes und eingezäuntes Grundstück und ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern , Gruppen oder Tierliebhaber. Villa Smilja spans three floors, covering approximately 150 sqm with six rooms. On the ground floor, the open-space entrance leads to the living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 12 guests. The upper floors feature four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Outside, the dining area is shaded, the barbecue area is covered by a large canopy, and in the back garden, a spacious natural pool stands out.
