This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

Drei komfortable Doppelbetten (jeweils 1,60 x 2,00 m) stehen in zwei Zimmern zur Verfügung und sorgen für eine angenehme Übernachtung. Eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 260 mit Direktverbindung zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof) sowie ein Supermarkt befinden sich nur etwa drei Gehminuten entfernt.

The Apartment is located in a northern Suburb of Cologne. It has its own entrance and parking spots are located right in front of the house. Shops, tram and buses are close by. The apartmant has a broad living and dining area with a kitchenet. Additionally, it has a seperated bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are heated by floor heating. Der Kotten ist eigentlich eine kleine Fabrik, eine ehemalige Messerschleiferei, und liegt am Ende des Tals und abseits des Dorfes direkt an der Wupper. Hier treffen sich Industriearchitektur, Ruhe und ganz, ganz viel Natur.
