Tere tulemast meie avarasse ja hubasesse villasse Neitsijärve kaldal, vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Pühajärvest ja Otepäält. Villa pakub täielikult sisustatud kööki koos teppanyaki grilliga, suurt söögilauda ja hubast kaminaga elutuba. Majas on 4 magamistuba mugavate kahekohaliste vooditega ning lastetuba narivoodi ja mänguasjadega. Majas on kokku 4 WC-vannituba. Mõnusaks boonuseks ka saun. Nautige terrassilt kaunist järvevaadet, lähedal asuvaid matkaradu, ujumiskohti ja suusakeskuseid.

Mõnus koht linnakärast eemal nii perepuhkuseks kui ka sõpradega lõõgastumiseks. Kinnistul on suur õueala, mitmed grillimisvõimalused ning veekogud. ILMA LISATASUTA on külaliste kasutada: ▪️AASTARINGSELT mõnus saun ning kinnine grillmaja, kus saab grillida iga ilmaga. ▪️HOOAJALISELT (mai-sept) kümblustünn, saun, sup aerulaud ning pika laua ja keraamilise grilliga väliköök. ◾️Küttepuud on kohapeal olemas! Maja asub imelisel Lõuna-Eesti kuppelmaastikul, Karula Rahvuspargi vahetus läheduses.

In the middle of beautiful pine forests there is a tiny house, an old farmplace. It has all the amenities you need for a peaceful retreat – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, a warm fireplace, sauna and starry nights. You can enjoy real Estonian farmlife - bring water from the well, make food on a woodheated stove and heat the sauna. And most importantly – work and worries can’t reach you here! There is no internet and the limited electricity is powered by the sun. Come and enjoy peace!

Cosy cabin on a wild meadow

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Näha võib põtru, metssigu, rebaseid ja piirivalvureid, muidu oled täiesti omapäi. Öösel selge taevaga tuleb linnutee nii lähedale, et tunned ennast selle osana ja võid kuulda omaenese südame lööke. Tinso Talu, a beautifull farmhouse in the nature

Switch things up a notch in this unique, relaxing accommodation. This 125-year-old wooden farmhouse has been beautifully renovated with many original details. The farm is located in a beautiful garden with ponds and its own sauna house with hot tub. Located in the middle of the wild nature of the Otepaa landscape park with 60 hectares of private forest. Absolute peace and privacy is guaranteed here. The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom and 3 very spacious bedrooms.

The house is close to the Tehvandi stadium, city center, forest, great views, restaurants and dining. Its closeness to the skiing tracks and of the disc golf park makes it a great place for people who love sports! It being next to the forest and near lakes also gives a nice relaxation oportunity . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Sauna house with swimming pond in the nature

Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga, kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib paarile, kes naudib privaatsust looduses ja omaette terrassi männipuu all. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1-1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad olemas (50x60cm). Pesemiseks on dušš ja saab nautida tiigis suplust.
