Seaside Summer House "Elia"

We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2).

Alta Marea

To Alta Marea βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Βαμβακιές Αλοννήσου, που απέχουν 20 περίπου λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το Πατητήρι και 8 λεπτά από τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 50μ. από την κατοικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο. Ωστόσο, αν κάποιος επιθυμεί κάτι πιο έντονο, σε απόσταση 1 χιλιομέτρου βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου. Από τις δύο βεράντες του σπιτιού μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την θέα του στενού Περιστέρα.

Ειναι στα 30 μετρα απο την θαλασσα τελειως απομονωμενο και λειτουργει με αυτονομο φωτοβολταικο συστημα περιορισμένης κατανάλωσης ρεύματος . είναι απαγορευτικό η χρήση συσκευής άνω των 1000vatt ,ηλεκτρικό σίδερο, , κτλ η παραλία μπροστά από το σπίτι καθαρίζετε συχνά απο τοπικούς φορείς αλλα υπάρχει η πιθανότητα με ένα δυνατό αέρα να βγάλει λιγα σκουπίδια επίσης τα τελευταία τριακόσια μέτρα δρόμου θέλει πολύ προσοχη είναι απότομη κατηφόρα και Μερικές φορές λίγο κατεστραμενος μετά από βροχή

It has 3 bedrooms,sleeping 5 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and big roof top terrace.The roof top is nice and spacious and is perfect for stargazing the Moon.The Old Port and the Main Street are on a few minutes walking distance.There is a parking area nearby, and the first beach and bus stop number 4 it’s only 5 minutes away.

Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.
