Lots of parking and you’ll definitely want to take a long stroll from the treehouse around our amazing 100 acre neighborhood.

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. Enjoy the sounds of farm life and meet our Aberdeen cattle, Guinea fowl, farm dog “Lily”, barn cat “Cally” and the favorite of the farm, “Max”, our friendly Golden Retriever. The exquisitely decorated space includes two king size beds, a kitchenette and walk in tiled bathroom with luxury shower heads.
