Outside area includes a covered deck as well as an open deck. Charcoal grill available for outdoor cooking. Large fire pit for relaxing by the fire! Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 18 miles to Baylor Stadium and Magnolia Market at the Silo! Come enjoy the Big Rocks on the Brazos!

The Simplicity House is anything but simple. This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home, each room with it's own private en suite bathroom, a comfortable living room with a cozy conversation area, open to the dining room and kitchen. If you are traveling with a larger group, please contact the owner in advance, to try to reserve this home and one or two other homes next door to keep your party together. A 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home and/or a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Air mattress/crib available upon request.
