There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

Private hot tub in garden. 1 hours private Access to indoor heated pool each day which is part of the spa at a different building this slot must be booked and prior to arrival. We also accept hen parties and extra activates can be recommended by us suitable for Hen Weekends.
