Privately sited on a small farm founded on permaculture principles, The Gazebo features native timber, a mezzanine relaxation platform, and unique indoor-outdoor living spaces. With an outdoor galley kitchen and gas-heated shower among the magnolias, you will have all the comforts of home while being brought into the outdoors. The private outdoor bath overlooking the sunset across the harbour is a stand-out feature.

Metres from the water's edge, with jetty & ramp, free use of kayaks, Stand up paddleboards. 25 minutes from Rotorua, just 15 minutes from the airport. 5 minutes to the nearest cafe. Enjoy bushwalks or world-class mountain biking in the Redwood Forest. kayaking on the lake or even take in a rafting trip on the famous Kaituna river. Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
