Koi filled streams and ponds lined with walking trails meander through the complex with swimming pool. Minutes from the airport, farmers markets, golfing, downtown shops, and 100+ restaurants! The complex also backs to Wailoa State Park where you can walk through over 130 acres of beautiful grounds leading to Hilo Bay!

A thoughtfully designed studio with stylish and modern features. The balcony and ocean view is one of the highlights of our space. Just a short distance from Honoliʻi Beach Park (3 minute drive or 15 minute walk) we live in a safe, quiet neighborhood on the Hāmākua Coast. The space includes WiFi, TV, and kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the dinnerware and silverware for light fares. This great new solar home is located just 2 miles north of downtown Hilo while sitting on quiet acreage in a gated community overlooking the Hilo Bay and Coconut Island and 5 miles to the airport. The perfect balance of being in the country and close to everything! We are close to black sand beaches, surf, botanical gardens and waterfalls! The Hilo farmers market is 2 miles away! Come and relax in the hammock on the lanai with tropical breezes! (Please note there are entry stairs)

Hilo Downtown Retreat

The apartment is a self contained living space that is very well appointed with bespoke furniture, fittings and original art. It has all of its own amenities so you should want for nothing. It is located two minutes from downtown Hilo. If you want you can walk to everything, including; shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, yoga studios, gyms and so on. If you are over 5' 10" you will need to mind your head in a couple of places so please be aware of this. We are always looking to improve.

Country Guest Home

(REF TAX ID TA005-218-0480-01) Enjoy time in a small (384 sq ft) self-contained guest shack with full kitchen in a rural setting. If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.

Hilo Town on the Water

This property sits on Kalanianaole Park which is on Hilo Bay. The Ice Pond is next door and connects to the ocean. Close to town, just 2 miles from the airport close to shopping and restaurants. We are in a busy area and there is noise but the location is convenient and the house is well equipped. If you are sensitive to noise this is not your house. If you want charm on the ponds of Hilo this is your house!
