We live on site with our Daughter and dogs Russell & River and love hosting guests from around the world. 5 minutes from the heart of Te Awamutu and 30 minutes from Hamilton, we are central to all things Waikato. Located in central Hamilton we are close to the central city, Claudelands GloBox Event Centre, FMG Rugby Park, local shops, a large park and the bus stops at our gate.

Note, following completion of the reno's, the BnB is totally separate to the owners living spaces, there are no shared spaces as mentioned in past reviews.
