Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Please note: We do not charge a cleaning fee; check out is 11am or otherwise by arrangement. Hosted by Iain and Virginia, Uiskentuie is ideally located for Napier's beautiful amenities. It is accessible and private, a self-contained apartment with generous sized bedroom and a day-room with mini kitchen, modern decor and access to private garden area. Walkways and cycling trails are on the doorstep and its an easy walk to restaurants and pubs. You'll feel on holiday as soon as you get here.
