Tennis courts, volley ball & children's play area at the rear of and can view from the property. Only 250m from the beach. Sea views from inside home, and from decks. Bike riders and walkers will love Waiterere. Cars and quad bikes are also allowed on the beach. On the beach you can sail board, drive quads, fishing from shore or boat. There is a Beach surf club.

South End Sanctuary is a modern (completed in 2023) 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, dog friendly, family house. Wonderfully located near the well-known South forest perfect for walking, biking, and home to the adventure playground. The house is approximately 200m from the south forest entrance and 250m from the Hydrabad Drive beach access.
