The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. Die kleine Ferienwohnung hat eine gemütliche Wohnstube mit Eckbank, Mini-Küche und Couch. Im Schlafzimmer schlaft ihr bequem auf neuen Matratzen. In einem weiteren Zimmer ist ein Stockbett mit Platz für zwei kleine Gäste. Und von eurer großen Südwest-Terrasse blickt ihr auf das Zellertaler Bergpanorama – die lange Abendsonne im Sommer ist ein Traum!

Unsere liebevoll renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete 2-Zimmer-Whg. im EG der alten Papiermühle von 1539 bietet Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Sie ist ca. 55 qm groß, sehr bequem für zwei, es kann aber im Wohnzimmer die Couch zusätzlich für zwei weitere Personen zum bequemen Queensize-Doppelbett umgebaut werden.
