Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!

This home sits on a very private point lot with 700 feet of water frontage. It was designed for multiple families with kids. The view is absolutely spectacular with water on 3 sides and views from almost every room in the house. It is roughly 3,000 square feet and has a additional 2,100 square feet of balconies and decks. There are two great rooms, one for the adults and a second for the kids. The upstairs has 20' vaulted ceilings throughout.

The only pets we allow are dogs without specific written authorization.
