Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. (We do not accept reservations for more than 3 adults over the age of 13 for this carriage house.) Just a few minutes to the beach, it is the perfect cozy getaway! Two bikes are here for your use!! Keep them locked as they are your responsibility as well as replacing if lost/stolen! Backpack style beach chairs for your use as well as beach towels!

This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.
