This small cabin has recently been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

Private sitting room, bedroom and full bath, separated from main house. 5-minute walk to Plymouth State University. Close to Waterville Valley, Loon, and other ski resorts. Also close to lakes and hiking trails. Bedroom has a king size bed and reclining chair. Sitting room has a daybed with a trundle bed underneath. The sitting room also has a table with four chairs, a mini fridge, microwave oven, and Kreurig coffee maker. Plates, cups, silverware are also provided. Parking for three cars.

The Doll House has everything you’ll need at under 700 square feet. This fully-outfitted, historic, full-house rental has a complete kitchen, living room, two-bedrooms, bath, back sitting room, front farmer's porch and beautiful gardens and sitting areas. The Doll House is within easy walking distance to the Town Common, great restaurants and shopping, the Flying Monkey, and PSU. The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Thank you for inquiring about my family's home away from home. I hope you'll be as happy as we are spending time so close to many family activities that remain available during all four seasons! There are ice castles, swimming, kayaking, hiking and while skiing and snowboarding is excellent and within a 30 minute drive, there's snowmobile trails at the end of our road that are also great for nature hikes . We are very excited to now be able to offer WiFi at Bear Creek Cabin!
