The town offers many great boutiques and antique stores. The cottage is a block from famous homes featured in the movies, Hope Floats and The Tree of Life. Charming Texas Hill Country guest cottage located on 19 acre private family horse farm. Easy access to Hwy. 237, close to Festival Hill and 2.5 miles to the town square. This spacious studio has a queen bed and day bed with trundle (two twin beds). There is also a kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washer/dryer and closet space. Air Conditioning, Heat. WiFi avaliable. Covered porch with two rocking chairs.

Our cabins are located on 17 acres with Longhorns that live on the property .Only 3 1/2 miles to lively Round Top!

Shady Paddock Farm-Willow House

Welcome to our little country farm! Escape the city life for a romantic get away or just some much needed down time. Willow House is privately nestled among the trees in our back paddock, allowing views of the lovely country side from the living area as well as the cozy front porch. There is also a picnic table and charcoal grill for your use.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Completely remodeled 1890’s farmhouse located in Warrenton behind Zapp Hall. It is 4 miles from Round Top. Marburger Farm is only a mile and Junk Gypsy is 3 miles. It is walking distance to all of Warrenton. During the antique show you are next to all the great shopping.
